We believe that prevention is key to maintaining good health and are dedicated to supporting you in achieving optimal wellness.

Annual Wellness Exam Incentive
Employees and spouses that enroll in the medical plan are eligible for an annual wellness credit.
Incentive Amounts:
- Enrolled Employees — $50.00/month
- Enrolled Spouses — $25.00/month
To receive the 2026 Credit effective January 1, 2026
Employees and spouses can complete their annual wellness exam between 12/1/2024 and 11/30/2025. (Note: the eligibility period is shifting to ensure timely processing for the 1/1 premium credit.)

Stanadyne is committed to helping you achieve your best health. Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to all employees. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Contact Human Resources; we will work with you (and, if you wish, with your doctor) to find a wellness program with the same reward that is right for you in light of your health status.
